I want to speak to a human

Just a quickie — after jumping through some hoops to try to track where UPS might possibly have a package we'd ordered, we found a neat website … you guessed it: gethuman.com has lists of companies, their telephone numbers, and how to actually speak to a human when you call.
In the case of UPS, you call them, disregard the messages, and simply keep pressing "0". It goes something like this:
UPS: (something along the lines of "choose track a package" and some other stuff.
Me: 0
UPS: I'll be glad to connect you to an agent but, in the meantime, choose "track a package" etc.
Me: 0
UPS then connects me to an agent. <grin>
